You’ve probably heard the saying “train movement patterns, not muscles.”
Personally, I think that’s a bunch of minimalist hippie bullcrap. It doesn’t work when you become more advanced.

Learn why training movement patterns exclusively is a terrible idea, and that you must know what your weaknesses are and develop an effective plan that will tackle upon those weaknesses!
